Participation in the preparation and filing of expert witness reports, declarations, sworn depositions and court testimonies representing the plaintiff(s) or defendant(s).

Past cases involved as expert witness include oral drug products (liquid, semi-solid and solid dosage forms, immediate and controlled release), injectable drug products (solution, emulsion and lyophilized formulations), topical drug products (solutions, emulsions, creams, ointments and gels) nanoparticulate drug products, manufacturing processes and technology transfer.

Served as consulting and testifying expert, produced expert reports and declarations on eleven (11) cases, testified in five (5) sworn depositions and in court on one (1) case. Work on new cases is ongoing.
