Assistance with patent filing and prosecution and serving as expert witness (consulting and testifying expert) in pharmaceutical patent litigations, breach of contract and other cases.

Participation in the preparation and filing of expert witness reports, declarations, sworn depositions and court testimonies representing either the plaintiff(s) or the defendant(s).

Cases involved as expert witness include oral drug products (liquid, semi-solid and solid dosage forms, immediate and controlled release), injectable drug products (solution, emulsion and lyophilized formulations), topical drug products (solutions, emulsions, creams, ointments and gels), oral, parenteral and topical nanoparticle drug products, manufacturing processes and technology transfer.

Served as Expert Witness in twenty-four (24) litigation Cases.  Testified in ten (10) sworn depositions and in three (3) court trials. Expert Witness Work on new cases is ongoing
